**Archery Reminder**
There will be a practice / archery meeting today at 4pm for state qualifiers in the elementary gym. Archers will get their t-shirts and we will discuss the state tourney etc. JH archers that are involved with the JH track meet will get their shirts today during school as well as needed info and do not need to attend. Any archers that have not viewed the safety video will have an opportunity at that time.

**Archery Reminder**
We will have archery practice for students that qualified for state. This practice will be tomorrow, March 14th at 9am in the Elementary gym. Archers will also watch the required state safety video at this practice. Parents are reminded to go online and fill out state waiver ASAP.

White Oak Education Foundation 3rd Annual Golf Tournament
We will celebrate Read Across America Week each day this week, March 6-10. We will celebrate with dress up days throughout this week.

The elementary and secondary cafeterias will participate in National School Breakfast Week next week. They will be giving away small prizes each morning to all the students that eat breakfast in the cafeteria. On Monday, March 6, in addition to the small prize, each student that eats breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria will get a package of cookies when they come through for lunch! We will do that same promotion on Wednesday, March 8.

There will be no Archery practice on Wednesday, March 1st. The next practice will be Wednesday, March 8th. This practice will be for Intermediate and Middle School Only.

We have created a Fast Pass form to help speed the check-in process of our large events (designated Parent Lunch days and Primary Parent Conference days).
If you have already scanned your drivers license this school year through our Raptor system at the Elementary you are eligible to complete the Fast Pass form below.
The Fast Pass form will allow us to prepare your badge ahead of time only for designated days at our campus.
If you have not had your driver's license scanned at the Elementary office you are not eligible to complete the Fast Pass form and must sign in as your normally do by bringing your driver's license to the office on your designated visit day.

**Reminder for students in Archery**
We will practice after school today from 4-5pm in the Elementary Gym. This practice is open to all age groups.
Archery Tourney @ Harleton Tuesday, February 28. All groups will shoot in their JH gym. (same location as last year)
Primary Archery Students: This group will shoot 10 meters only. Beginning at 9am. Bus will depart as quickly after 8am as possible. Students will return to WO as soon as they are completed shooting. They will eat lunch at school.
Intermediate & JH Archery Students: This group will shoot the complete 10/15 meter tourney. Intermediate begins at 10am and JH approximately 11am. The bus for these students will leave no later than 9am. Bus will load at Intermediate and then load at JH. These students will compete and then eat pizza for lunch @ Harleton before returning to WO.
If students bring their bows to school that morning, please leave them in the respective campus office prior to departure.
Our Spring Fundraiser featuring Signature Chocolates, gourmet items, and Fudgy Frogs starts this week and runs through March 7th!
Fundraiser packets were sent home with students yesterday. Profits from this sale will be used for end of year student incentives and will help provide additional educational and instructional supplies.
**Archery Practice Reminder**
All Archery students will have practice on Wednesday, February 22nd in the Elementary Gym from 4:00-5:00. This will be the last practice we have before attending the Harleton Tournament on February 28th.
Reminder that there will be no school tomorrow - Monday, February 20th - in observance of President’s Day. We hope that each of you enjoys your extended weekend, and we will see you on Tuesday.
