Thank you for your interest in White Oak ISD. I hope that you are finding this website to be an asset in your effort to learn about our schools. White Oak ISD is committed to providing a challenging, relevant and comprehensive education to all of our students. We are very blessed to have a talented and dedicated teaching staff focused on keeping the student as the center of the education process.

White Oak ISD offers students a variety of opportunities to get the most out of their public school education experience. Our award winning Elementary Schools provide students with an introduction to basic curriculum enhanced by the use of technology and project-based learning strategies. The Champs Program gives our elementary students the chance to learn in an orderly, well-behaved environment. Our Middle School and High School campuses build on that introduction and add the extracurricular activities that help to meet the diversified interests of our students. WOISD excels in UIL Academics, Band, Choir, Drama, Yearbook, Newspaper and all areas of Athletic Competition.

Our district is committed to providing transparent access to the district’s information for parents. Please take the time to look at the campus and teacher blogs available on our website. You can find that information at http://www.wonecks.net/blogs/. As you continue to explore the website, you will see that our students have been busy posting content on our podcast server and many of our teachers have lessons available for viewing on our Moodle servers.

Once again, thank you for your interest in our schools. If you have any questions, please contact the appropriate campus administrator or me. At White Oak ISD “A Heritage of Pride, Tradition and Educational Excellence” is much more than a motto.
